Carey’s Supporters

Carey takes a moment to celebrate her victory at Cheli’s Chili Bar in her district, Clinton Township, Michigan. Shown in this photo are some of Carey’s many supporters. Carey is wearing her “Party Animal” shirt, which depicts images of both the Democratic Donkey and the Republican Elephant dancing around with each other. Carey feels this image shows that even after sometimes fierce battles during election time, after it is over, everyone can finally come together and work to get things accomplished, despite their party affiliations.
