Fun in Fraser

Fraser held its annual parade July 15 in conjunction with the Fraser Lions Carnival. Participants marched down Garfield from Richards Middle School to City Hall while crowds cheered them on. Above: County Commissioner Carey Torrice paraded down Garfield with a police car from Eye Spy, the private investigation firm her family operates.
