¢ District 16 (northern Clinton Township): Incumbent Democrat Carey Torrice, faces a challenge from former GOP commissioner Bill Revoir. Both are qualified, and both have emphasized the need to control spending before resorting to a tax hike. CareyTorrice’s incumbency gets her our nod.
