Two Years of Hard Work Pays Off

Commissioner Carey Torrice has been working with local animal rescue groups for over two years to help save animals.  With the hard work of all of those animal rescue groups and Commissioner Torrice, Macomb County is now on its way to privatizing the Macomb County Animal Shelter, which will save thousands of animals’ lives, and also save the county over $500,000 annually.
