Some of the pictures of Carey Torrice, posted on her Web site careytorrice.com, show the 31-year-old Democrat wearing a cop uniform with a short skirt and plunging neckline. Others show her working out at a gym, clutching a handgun at a shooting range and posing with local politicians. TMZ’s discovery of the photos prompted the Web site to challenge readers to find a hotter politician. “It’s going to be hard to beat Carey Torrice,” the site dared readers. Torrice, a private investigator, is an occasional model and actress who has played a seductress, girlfriend and partygoer in commercials, television shows and movies. She was ecstatic after seeing photos of her splashed on TMZ.com. “It’s all in good taste,” an elated Torrice, of Clinton Township, said of the photos and contest. “Times have changed. Politicians don’t dress the same anymore.” Since TMZ.com posted Torrice’s photos this morning, her site has received more than 40,000 hits and often crashes because of the traffic. In a survey on TMZ.com, more than two-thirds of 17,000 voters said Torrice should replace Joe Biden as the Democratic vice presidential candidate. Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah “Palin can debate me anytime.”” Torrice shocked many political observers two years ago when she unseated former pastor Bill Revoir, a Republican. She campaigned in a 1949 Ford police car.
